How do I hang the wall frames? Does hardware come included?

Fear not, my friend! We believe in making things as easy as possible for our customers, which is why all our frames come with the necessary hardware & simple instructions included. That's right, no need to make a trip to the hardware store or spend hours figuring out what you need - we've done the hard work for you. Simply unbox your frames, follow the easy instructions, and voila! Your frames will be up on your walls in no time. Are frames included with prints?

All our stunning prints come with the added bonus of being delivered already framed, ready to grace your walls with their beauty. And not just any frames, we've carefully curated a collection of frames, hand-selected to perfectly complement each and every print. So, sit back, relax, and let us take care of the details.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be shipped?

We strive to be as accurate as possible with every image on our website. Colors when printed may vary slightly from the colors on your monitor. If you are not happy with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days for a refund.

I'm concerned about AI art

Frametolia sells art from many sources and artists. Some of our art may be produced with the assistance of AI. If you are concerned, please contact us. 

How thick are the wall frame mats?

The mats that can be purchased with our wall frames are 4 ply mats, and are approximately 1/16" thick.

What payment options do you accept?

How long will it take for my order to ship?

How do I return a frame or print?

We pride ourselves on ensuring that you are absolutely over the moon with your purchase. But, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Fear not, dear customer, returning your order is just as easy as ordering it - we promise!

Personal Prints and Photos: We do not accept returns of personal prints or photos. Please ensure that all details are correct before ordering. The quality of the image provided will determine the quality of the print. 

My order came damaged. What are my next steps? 

If your package arrives visibly damaged (gasp!), we kindly ask that you refuse the delivery and note "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt. Once completed, please proceed to contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 1-800-913-6215 to report the damage. Our team will then work their magic and arrange for any necessary replacements or returns to ensure your utmost satisfaction!

If your package arrives and you open it to discover that it is damaged (double gasp!), kindly take a photo and contact our friendly Customer Care Team at 1-800-913-6215 to report any damages. When will I get my refund? 

We'll get right on it as soon as we receive your returns. Trust us, we're just as excited as you are to make things right.

Once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days to show on your statement, depending on your credit card's processing times.

Do you include any payment information on the package?

No, we do not include an invoice with your order. We include a branded packing slip, which does not include pricing. This makes our frames and art a perfect gift for weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and more.

Can I exchange for a different product?

While we don't accept exchanges for different products, if your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to accept a return. Then you can place a new order whenever you're ready!

About Shipping

Can I get free shipping?

We often offer free shipping on our site. We are currently offering free shipping on orders over $99.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We know you're eager to receive your order, which is why we aim to have all products shipped within 2-5 business days (handling time) from the time of purchase. Shipping times typically take 1-5 business days once received by the courier.


Why 2-5 days? Because every order is hand-crafted by one of our team in one of our facilities, orders take a little longer to ship. So sit tight and get ready to enjoy your new Frametolia goodies in no time!

Do you ship to international destinations?

While we'd love to ship our frames to every corner of the globe, for now, we're keeping it closer to home. As of now, we're only shipping to destinations within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. But fear not, my adventurous friend, we're always looking to expand our horizons and bring our frames to new and exciting places. So, stay tuned for updates.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. All of our frames are made to order, which can take up to 5 days to ship.

My order is lost, what should I do?

Oh no! If your order has been marked as delivered by you did not receive the package, please let us know by calling 1-800-913-6215 or emailing customersupport@frametolia.com and we'll either find or replace it.

Where do you ship from?

We have 2 warehouses, one located in California to service our US customers and one in Ontario for our Canadian customers.

Do you have physical locations?

Frametoila is an online picture frame and print retailer. To keep our costs lower, we do not have physical retail locations.
