The print is beautifully framed, and the colors are magnificent. It is definitely a watercolor and not as crisp as I thought it would be, but still beautiful in my living room.
The piece was great but one of my frames arrived broken. I reached out to custom service for help on getting a replacement and I have not heard anything. It’s been a week. Please advise on how this can be quickly fixed. Thanks!

It looks like our customer service team has tried to reach out to you several times with no response. Maybe our reply went into your spam folder? We would like to confirm that it is just one frame that needs to be replaced. Once you have confirmed that, we will get the replacement order started ASAP!
