Anniversary Contest Rules 2024

Contest Period:

The contest begins Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 9am EST and ends Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at 4pm EST. The draw will take place on Friday, October 4, 2024 at the Frametolia Head Office. The winner will be notified by the contact information provided, either by email or social media message, on or before Monday, October 7, 2024. They will have 7 days to respond. Failing to respond will forfeit their rights to the prize, at which time a new winner will be drawn. The name of the winner will be announced on Frametolia's social media accounts, newsletter and on the contest page on Frametolia.com. 

 

Prize: 

One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of $250 of electronic Gift Card to Frametolia.com. The prize will be sent via email to the winner within 3 business days of confirming their eligibility. The prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be exchanged, sold, substituted or transferred to another person. No cash value will be awarded as a prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

How To Enter:

The prize will be awarded randomly. Each eligible entry will be grouped into a single drawing. Participants may enter by completing the following actions: 

• 1 entry awarded for subscribing to the Frametolia newsletter. Current subscribers are automatically entered. Only one entry per person per email address is accepted for this giveaway. You must be subscribed to our newsletter at the time of drawing in order for the newsletter entry to be counted. 
• 1 entry for following Frametolia on Instagram, liking, sharing and commenting on one of our Anniversary contest posts. You must be following our Instagram account at the time of drawing to be counted. 
• 1 entry for following Frametolia on Facebook, liking, sharing and commenting on one of our Anniversary contest posts. You must be following our Facebook account at the time of drawing to be counted. 
• 1 entry for every product or shop review on Frametolia.com during the contest period. 

 

Eligibility: 

This contest is open to residents 18 years or older, within the Untied States or Canada, excluding Quebec. Employees, representatives, or persons with whom they are domiciled of Frametolia, or Frametolia's parent company Roma Moulding Inc., cannot participate in the giveaway. Void where prohibited by law. 

In order to be declared a winner, the person drawn must provide their full name, address, and a valid email address. In accordance with Canadian law, the selected winner must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance before being declared the winner.

Frametolia reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, altered, or duplicated, or if a participant is found to have violated any of these official rules.

 

Privacy: 

By entering the contest, participants agree that their personal information may be collected, used, and disclosed by Frametolia for the purposes of administering the contest, contacting winners, and as otherwise outlined in Frametolia's Privacy Policy.

 

Dispute: 

All disputes arising in connection with the contest will be resolved according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which Frametolia is headquartered. By participating, entrants agree that all decisions made by the contest organizer are final.

 

Taxes: 

The winner is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with receiving the prize.

 

Consent for Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name, photograph, or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes by Frametolia without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
