Cancellation Policy

When can I cancel and order? 

If you change your mind, your order can be cancelled and fully refunded prior to shipping. Simply contact us via chat, by emailing customersupport@frametolia.com or by calling 1-800-913-6215. Once your order has been shipped, your order would be considered a return and subject to our return policy. 

Our standard lead time is 2-5 business days. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request.
