Just received my order today and was so disappointed to see that the sides of the frame are a textured RUBBER. I saw the photo on the listing but thought it was a natural plywood edge, especially when the description says 100% natural wood frame…. A technicality since rubber is a natural material.
Sorry to hear that the frame doesn't appear as you expected. There is no rubber in our burlwood frames - they are made from 100% Olive burlwood veneer imported from Tuscany. However we want you to love your frame, so I've sent you a separate email in case you'd like help returning the product.
Since I'm only due to receive these frames sometime before June 15, I'm unfortunately not in a position to comment.

The photos and description do not reflect what this frame actually looks like. It is metallic and shiny. It does not have a wood finish. I am not happy with the product.

We are sorry to hear that your frame wasn't as you expected. Although the frame is made from solid wood, it does have a solid finish that gives the frame a metallic look. If the frame doesn't suit your needs, don't hesitate to contact us for a return.
