Shipping policy

Frametolia currently only offers photo, wall frames, and framed prints to customers within the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada. 

Our products are produced in Irwindale, California, or Ontario, Canada. Each frame is built to order with a handling time of 2-5 business days for Table Top, Wall Frames, and Framed Prints or 5-10 business days for Mirrors.

Shipping is calculated during the checkout process. We offer standard ground at this time. Our standard shipping is sent via FedEx/UPS within the United States or FedEx/Midland Courier within Canada. 

You will be notified by email when your order ships and provide you with the tracking number. Please note that once your order is shipped, we cannot change or cancel your order, nor reroute it to a new address.

Orders typically take between 1-5 days for your order to arrive after being received by the carrier however shipping times are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you need an order to arrive by a specific date and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

Free Shipping:

We often offer free shipping on our site. The amount required to qualify for free shipping will be the pre-tax order total and will be an option at checkout once your order qualifies. We currently offer free shipping on qualified orders over $99 before tax.
